We had a picnic at the beach with some friends. David has this knack for getting buried in the sand by strange children. This happens virtually every time we go to the beach. He is very good with them and they warm to him immediately! For those of you who know David, you know how active he is. I had him as my captive audience for this activity!

The Fourth of July
We spent the 4th of July together, enjoying one another's company in red, white, and blue.
Joshua decorated cookies while Daddy marinated kabobs. Here we are in fighting pose... And in peace time pose...Hannah who is brave enough to hold the sparkler because she saw her brother do it.
